How long does my order take to ship?

You will receive the products within 2–5 business days after shipping. Since all products are handmade or made to order, small orders (fewer than 10 items) are usually shipped within 1–2 days, while bulk orders (more than 10 items) may take 2–3 days to ship. You will be notified via email once your order has shipped.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Currently, we are shipping to US only.

What is your return policy? 

Except in cases where items are damaged or plants are wilted, all products are final sale and cannot be returned due to the nature of the products.
